Nuclear fusion is the same process that powers the sun and stars. It is environmentally friendly, safe, and capable to continuously sustaining our planet with energy needs. In 1920 Artur Eddington has proposed that nuclear fusion is the energy that power our Sun. In 1932 Mark Oliphant has achieved the first demonstration of nuclear fusion at Cavendish Lab. In UK. First Tokamak T-1 began operation at Kurchatov Institute in Moscow at the end of 1958. It is 90 years from the first nuclear fusion reaction achieved at Cavendish Laboratory. Billions of dollars have been invested in nuclear fusion research. Not a single watt (thermal or electric) of excess energy been generated to this day. Incorrect statements have been made, referring only to plasma energy and not to the total energy impute into the system.

TOMOIU INTERNAL CONFINAMENT FUSION (TICF)

I’m Constantin Tomoiu inventor of “Tomoiu Internal Confinement Fusion” (TICF) as a response to global warming. TICF is the only proved technology which efficiently convert mass to energy with zero emissions or harmful radiation. I succeeded where the world elite of scientists in nuclear fusion have failed for 65 years with no hope that ever succeeded. All of these scientists are making insupportable assertions and predictions in quest for nuclear fusion energy. In 65 years not a single watt of net energy has been generated by any of these fusion enterprises

TICF reactors are the first and the only that are producing net energy.

TICF is the most advanced technology for nuclear fusion energy generation, and the only that generate net energy. TICF is a hybrid process, a chemical-thermonuclear fusion process, which uses various forces and energies internally self-generated to form, heat, compress and confine multiple hydrogen micro-plasmas, and simultaneously control (in a single device) multiple momentary micro-thermonuclear fusion reactions (MMTFRs).

Each MMTFR is the smallest functional momentary nuclear fusion reactor. The devices that I call reactors are in fact MMTFRs generators.

TICF reactors don’t need an external source of energy to heat, compress and confine simultaneously multiple plasmas. Molecular hydrogen is used to initiate micro-chemical reactions and to form micro-plasmas. Water is added from which Protium is separated by internal process and used to fuel micro-thermonuclear reaction. In fact, TICF is the only technology that extract thermal & electric net energy gain (NEG) from water through a chemical-thermonuclear process.

No other forms of energies are added. Auxiliary equipment to run actual reactors consumes only 0.250 KWh, which is 1/23.73 of Gamma-2 reactor efficiency.

TICF reactors weight 15 Kg and are scalable.

Each MTFR’s plasma are exposed to high frequency acoustic waves, magnetic fields and electro-magnetic pulses (EMP) internally self-generated. Millions of MTFRs are continuously generated and then disintegrate into reaction products and energies.

TICF reactors have accumulated thousands of hours of net clean energy output in a continuous mode.  10 reactors have been independently tested in 2 University (9 of them) and 5 independent laboratories generating at any time of testing excess energy. Over 2,000 pg. of certified documents by the testers (reports, PowerPoints and data collected) made impossible to dismiss the merit of the TICF technology.

On December 05/2022 a DOE’s NIF (National Ignition Facility) has reported a breakthrough in nuclear fusion, with an input of 2.05 MJ and an output of 3.15 MJ resulting in 1.10 MJ net energy. There was not any net energy generated. The real input was greater than 400MJ and with an output of 3.15 MJ for just 20 billion of a second, NIF has loss 99.2% (Q=0.00785) of the energy input. NIF net energy generation is BUSTED. What all these enterprises are hiding, is the total energy taken from the grid to run the experiment.

In 9/20/19 at CCNY in the Combustion and Catalysis Lab (CCL) under supervision of Professor Marco J. Castaldi PhD, and his team, the Tomoiu Gamma-2 reactor demonstrated a continuous output of 15.962 MJ/h, with a total input of 4.407 MJ/h of chemical energy stored in molecular Hydrogen. Gamma-2 reactor has output 11.555 MJ/h of net energy. This was done by reacting 31 grams/h Hydrogen with air and water. Thus, the efficiency of Tomoiu Gamma-2 reactor is 356.19% (Q = 3.5619) and has been sustained repeatedly.

March 11-12/2022 at UMD under Distinguished Professor Ashwani K. Gupta and his team, G-3 reactor was tested with a mixture of 30 grams/h Hydrogen, 1,800 grams/h water & air, resulting in an excess energy output of 1.15 times that of Hydrogen’s calorific input, (a performance index of Q=2.15).

TICF, is andill remainethe only proved practical technology to generate clean net energy.

TOMOIU reactors tests at CUNY - CCNY, (tester Professor Marco J. Castaldi and his team)

Q = totalenergy input/energy output.

TICF technology has been fully developed and proved, and are ready for immediate applications as: power generation, heating, transportation, hydrogen generation, incineration, TICF thermo-nuclear propulsion. TICF technology can retrofit any Power Plant (nuclear or hydrocarbons) to generate efficient clean energy.

This breakthrough technology in fusion energy production produces a net gain in energy. The system created by Constantin Tomoiu is safe, clean, scalable and able to be used in applications as simple as an appliance in a residential kitchen.

COMPETITION:

The list of research in nuclear fusion companies is large (ITER, NIF, PPPL, MIT’s SPARC reactor, General Fusion, TAE Technologies, Helion Energy, First Light Fusion, Tokamak Energy, Avalanche Energy, etc.). The success is near zero and will continue to be for decades to come. All these are using techniques as: Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF), Magnetic Confinement Fusion (MCF), Magnetic Target Fusion (MTF), Latice Confinement Fusion (LCF), Inertial-electrostatic Confinement Fusion (IECF), Magnetic Linear Inertial Fusion (Mag-LIF). All of those accounts INSURMONTABLE engineering obstacle that make impossible for anyone of them to become a practical system for power generation. They always will be a great energy consumer.

All this Enterprises working on nuclear fusion, aka VOODOO FUSION, NUCLEAR FUSION ILLUSION, NUCLEAR con FUSION, a CHIMERA FUSION, FIASCO FUSION, etc. they will never put electricity onto the grid, all of them take plenty electricity from the grid. The voracious consumption of electricity is an inescapable future to the world’s BIGGEST TECHNOLOGY SCAM”. (Selections of posted criticism. I agree with all of those)

TICF reactors use no electricity. The only input is chemical energy stored in molecular Hydrogen + water as a source of Protium.

Business Opportunity of TICF system.

This system allows for the reduction in fuel consumption by 50 to 75% to produce the same output. The cost of the system is the same as other commercial systems thereby rendering them obsolete. In the future all hot water heaters, furnaces, commercial and industrial boilers as well as power plants that consume fossil fuels or nuclear fuels will be replaced by this technology. This system produces net positive clean energy.

The need for this solution for many of the world’s problems is long overdue. This technology solves the two greatest crises facing mankind today – energy demand and environmental preservation. Our ever- increasing demand for power and energy has been impossible to satisfy without destruction being caused to the ecosystem that we depend upon for our very existence. The rapidly expanding population has utilized antiquated techniques for managing its resources. The result in our face is a complete collapse of sustainability of the very planet we depend upon for our survival. We have the solution. The TICF system is a fusion process that operates in a simple affordable scalable manner. According to Bloomberg Intelligence (December 28, 2021) the nuclear fusion market could attain a $40 trillion valuation in as soon as 5 years.

Achievement of net energy- where energy produced exceeds the energy used – via nuclear fusion is nearing and would be momentous for the $15 trillion global energy market and GDP. Extrapolation of game changer tech multiples like Tesla implies a potential $40 trillion in valuation.  - Mike Dennis Bloomberg intelligence Thematic Strategist.

U.S. Nuclear power plants generated 772 billion kilowatt hours of electricity in 2022. That’s enough to power more than 72 million homes! U.S. nuclear fission reactors have supplied around 20% of the nation’s power since the 1990’s and are the largest producer of nuclear energy in the world.

We have the opportunity with this technology to release the dawning of the age of the new energy revolution. The opportunity is in taking this new and proven technology and plugging it into a variety of applications that exist such as homes office buildings and other facilities.

Mission Statement: TICF system will replace all standard fired furnaces, hot water heaters, commercial boilers, fossil fuel and nuclear power plants and where applicable transportation vehicles and vessels that are currently operating at an efficiency of approximately one quarter of our system and in so doing help to save our planet.

Business Highlights: The system is so far superior to what is on the market today that eventually all applications will adopt our technology. We will need to contract manufacture to keep up with demand and even with reasonable estimates the potential market cap for this company will be in the tens of billions within a few years.

Exit Strategy: The company will be selling stock privately until we reach an IPO level. We anticipate reaching this level in less than five years.

Nearly half of US Homes (50 million) are powered by natural gas or propane. If the average furnace is replaced every 20 years, then 2.5 million furnaces are sold each year. At average $3,000 per furnace that equates to $7.5 billion per year in furnace sales in the US. This does not include commercial boilers and furnaces, hot water heaters, power generation, hydrogen generation or transportation applications. 78.4% of all power production in the US is from fossil fuel and nuclear. TICF technology will retrofit all those power plants.

Target Market

TAFE’s customer base is global and both commercial and residential. The different types of units will provide heating for homes and businesses. This technology will also be implemented as power generation plants. It will provide transportation power for planes ships and cars. It will also be used for space exploration.

Business Model

The service TAFE provides is, low cost, environmentally friendly that can fit in the space of a hot water heater. The plan is to build and sell residential, commercial and transportation units and retrofit with TICF technology all power generation plants. The compelling motivation that appeals to our target market is 1) the financial advantages 2) the environmental improvement and 3) the conscience. We have multiple system models for different applications and will be in different sectors which will allow for a stronger position in the industry through diversification.

Marketing and Sales Strategy

The strategy in phase one is to provide units that will be easy to buy and install for residential and commercial use. Similar to the way solar panels are promoted to help cut energy costs for the owners. We can provide calculations for cost savings based upon usage by consumer. Phase two will be power generation and phase three will be for transportation applications.  This process will be phased and so will its marketing and sales strategy. Each of the phases will have specific conditions applying to their received materials and products accordingly. The sales strategy in part involves an explanation of the environmental and economic advantage this process has as compared to the existing alternatives. This is valid on a global basis.

 Competition

Our direct competition in nuclear fusion energy generation has, at best, fallen short on all counts spending astronomical amounts of money and using space the size of football fields or small towns with no success. Continue on pg. 14-16.

The existing competition is residential furnaces and hot water heaters typically running on natural gas or propane. These units achieve a best-case efficiency of 90 % whereas our unit will reach 196% yielding a near 50% reduction in fuel consumption. The third phase will put this technology into the transportation industry with vehicles such as cars, trains ships as well as planes and space travel vessels. Currently a transition to electric vehicles is underway.

Financial Analysis

The first phase of the facility system has the potential to payback all system capital expenditures within a three-year operating time frame. Expenditures are ten million for the system parts, facility and all plant and staffing requirements, Phase two will require thirty-five million dollars and phase three will require fifty million dollars. Phase One will produce approximately $ 1.5 billion in revenue annually on home furnace (20% of market). Phase two will eventually capture 78.4% of the U.S. power production annually. Phase Three is literally astronomical. TAFE will raise capital through the sale of stock.

Implementation Plan

We anticipate beginning manufacturing operations, residential and commercial hot water heater furnace and boilers in one year after TAFE appropriated financed. We will use contract manufacturing to ramp up production and move into phase two, power plant systems, research and prototype production by the end of year two. We are targeting an IPO, and intend to introduce transportation systems in year four. â€‹.

The market opportunity is enormous. Considering it only in terms of energy production as the global market production is estimated to be approximately 29,000 Terra Watt hours while the US increases consumption by approximately 2% per year and global consumption has been increasing at a rate of approximately 1.5% per year.

The product cost is $ 3,000 the annual fuel cost in the northeast of the United States is upwards of 2,000 per year. With a just 50% savings in fuel achieved on an annual basis, then this system would pay for itself in 3 years.

The number of customers is in the millions. In addition to individual residences, individual manufacturers, processors, refineries, power plants and municipalities will use this system.

In order to get up and running, a one-year time frame will be required following which, operations will begin and the facility will be profitable. Further details of the exit strategy and financial program would be found in the offering memorandum.

Earth cannot continue to be sustained at our current population growth rate. Critical mass in population will be attained within the lifetime of the next generation. Oil reserves will run out during the lifetime of the next generation. We depend on certain natural circumstances such as pollinizers to sustain our environment, we must work to preserve these natural conditions.

3. Opportunity Advantage

Value proposition – Our system solves customers' problems and/or improves their situation by delivering specific quantifiable benefits in a manner that is more efficient, cost effective and environmentally friendly than the closest similar technology.

Our system is more efficient than any other type of similar or existing operating system.

We will serve the market by providing a solution to the problem that no others can provide of efficiency at a higher level of energy production from the same resources and do it in a way that is cleaner and more environmentally friendly than the existing systems and infrastructure currently in place. It can plug into the existing infrastructure, be an add- on to existing facilities or even be a retrofit for older less efficient facilities.

This new business is akin to the idea of building a better mousetrap. For some time, the methodology utilized in these industries has been negligently inefficient in its consumption and conversion of resources that our solution rectifies. Not only are we able to utilize resources previously underutilized and create new efficiencies 356% greater than currently available in the market but also capitalize monetarily proportionately. This will be able to move seamlessly into an existing infrastructure and complement established power and fuel production facilities locating on site to increase their efficiencies until total replacement is practical.

The way this technology can take advantage of this opportunity is by positioning itself on the front of the wave of clean technology. The system can operate on a variety of different fuels such as natural gas, propane, methane and hydrogen to name a few, Around the globe regulations are tightening, seeking to shut down the polluting legacy facilities such and our system is perfectly positioned to step in their place. Many business owners are now looking environmentally friendly solutions and we are perfectly positioned to fulfill this demand.

Tomoiu reactors using TICF technology, have also proved its efficiency to decompose hydrocarbons into Hydrogen and black carbon. Retrofitting for example a “natural gas electric powerplant” with TICF reactor will result in increase of thermal energy from 55 MJ/Kg HHV (natural gas) to 99.605 MJ/Kg (hydrogen) with zero emissions. Here is the calculation:  A TICF decomposition of 1 Kg of natural gas result in 0.250 Kg of Hydrogen with 35.5 MJ thermal energy contain. A 0.250 Kg Hydrogen input into TICF reactor, with an efficiency of 356% will result in: (35.5 MJ) x (3.56 time) = 126.38 MJ thermal energy. A noncatalytic thermal decomposition of Methane consume 26.375 MJ/Kg. Subtracting (126.38 MJ – 26.375MJ) = 100.005 MJ, that increases Methane thermal efficiency with  100.005MJ/55MJ= 1.818 times over the input with zero emission. A catalytic thermal decomposition of Methane consumes 23,125 MJ/Kg. TICF thermal decomposition is more efficient than a catalytic decomposition.

In addition to 0.250 Kg hydrogen, for each 1 Kg. natural gas an 0.750 Kg of black carbon is produced. Blac carbon with a value of $ 2,645/metric ton, will reduce the operating cost of the electric power plant and the cost per KWh.

Any electric power plants can be retrofitted with TICF technology.

4. Target Market

The customer base we are targeting is broad and deep. The target market is well established and increasing. Political, regulatory and financial pressure is being increased to convert from environmentally unfriendly processes to a new methodology which we provide. Additionally, as the population increases, so does the demand for our solution. The target market for our model covers residential, commercial, industrial, power generation facilities and transportation. This technology will be integrated into all aspects of our modern everyday life and use.

We will also be targeting operations that have a dire need to resolve current regulatory problems or be held liable for and suffer severe financial consequences. The strategy in part is to hire contract manufacturers to meet the request for supply as the demand surges.

5. Business Model

TAFE will develop the applications and implementation of TICF technology, selling and operating the businesses involved with the physical products. Our product is appealing to the target market because it will save money and natural resources while lessening the amount of fossil and nuclear fuel we consume.

The plan is to develop the prototype into a commercial unit for residential installation then mass produce it and replace all residential furnaces and hot water heaters that run on natural gas and propane. Then move into the commercial and industrial market with the same plan replace all furnaces and hot water heaters.

The next step will be to retrofit all power plants with our technology, and then for vehicles here on earth and the eventually in outer space.

Phase 1  - The first step is to lease or acquire the building, we have located several sites in the state of Connecticut and are seeking the funding to move forward with the process During this phase we will set of staffing to support this level of production which includes assembly personnel to build the first commercial system which will become the springboard for the future scale ups in phase 2 and 3. We will get this 1st system fully operational and productive on a commercial basis so that the economic viability of larger phases will be displayed. We need funding for the building and grounds renovations permitting staffing equipment purchases and operations during this phase it is estimated to take one year and cost $5 million. We will utilize contract manufacturing to meet demand.

Phase 2 - During phase 1 we desire to raise capital required to fit up the manufacturing and assembly department at this facility where we will build a power generation prototype. This phase and it will take approximately 1 year.

Phase 3 - During phase 2 we will continue to raise capital to provide the following for phase 3 additional staffing and personnel as well as manufacturing and assembly equipment will be required to build a prototype system for transportation. This phase will also take 2 years to complete and will require an investment of $50 million.

6. Marketing and Sales Strategy

The sixth mass extinction - Unlike previous extinction events caused by natural phenomena, the sixth mass extinction event is driven by human activity, primarily (though not limited to) the unsustainable use of land, water and energy use, and climate change. Our technology and products will contribute to the slowing of the effect mankind has on the sixth mass extinction.

While our intent is to develop and operate our own facilities we know from past and current experience that there are private and public companies as well as municipalities that will want their own systems and we will provide this for them. We will create a public image and use social media to launch our initial presentation. We expect the influx to be overwhelming based on past experience.

We shall align ourselves as representatives of the effort to help save the planet and join in with organizations that are promoting using renewable energy, awareness and environmental stewardship.

We will reach out to and cherry pick the best and potentially most profitable or most in need customers.

The sales strategy includes using the established network of distributors and sales representatives as well as adding to the network.

7.    The Technology

Brief introduction on TOMOIU INTERNAL CONFINAMENT FUSION (TICF)

  • TICF is the most advanced technology for nuclear fusion energy generation, and the only that generate continuously clean net energy.

  • TICF is a hybrid process, a chemical-thermonuclear fusion process, which uses various forces and energies internally self-generated to form, heat, compress and confine multiple hydrogen micro-plasmas, and simultaneously control (in a single device) multiple momentary micro-thermonuclear fusion reactions (MMTFRs). Each individual MMTFR are the smallest functional momentary thermonuclear fusion reactor.

  •  MMTFRs micro-plasma are exposed to high frequency acoustic waves, magnetic fields and electro-magnetic pulses (EMP) internally self-generated. Millions of MMTFR are continuously generated than disintegrate into reaction products and energies.

  • TICF reactors don’t use electric energy or need an external energy source to heat, compress and confine simultaneously multiple micro-plasmas.

  • Molecular Hydrogen is used to initiate micro-chemical reactions and to form micro-plasmas. Water is added from which Protium is separated by internal process and used to fuel micro-thermonuclear reactions.

  • No other forms of energies are added in addition to chemical energy stored in Hydrogen. Auxiliary equipment to run actual reactors consumes only 0.250 KWh.

  •  Based on large amount of net energy output, positives Ion’s detections, absence of Gamma radiation and no effect of neutrons radiation on reactor’s walls or components, point to this reaction:  PROTIUM - N15.

  • TICF reactors have been intensively tested in 2 Universities and 5 independent laboratories where continuously have output net energy, with a performance of gamma-2 reactor of Q=3.56 (356%) of thermal energy.

  • TICF reactors have accumulated thousands of hours of net clean energy output in a continuous mode.

  •  From April 2013 to March 2022, 10 reactors have been independently tested in 2 University UMD & CUNY-CCNY (9 of them) and 5 independent laboratories generating at any time of testing continuous net energy. Over 2,000 pg. of certified documents by the testers (reports, PowerPoints and data collected) made impossible to dismiss the merit of the TICF technology.

FACTS THAT SUPORT THE ABOVE RUTE:

(This investigation was done at CUNY-CCNY by Professor Marco J. Castaldi PhD and his team in the Combustion and Catalysis Lab. (CCL).

  • Independent tests performed on G-2 reactor reviled remarkable observation of excess energy of 2.46 times of H2’s calorific input resulting in a performance index Q=3.56. In fact, all TICF reactors have continuously output considerable net energy.

  • A costume calorimeter has been built and used at CCNY, on c-type reactors as a second way to quantify the excess energy output. Calorimeter was equipped with a water jacket where (heat is transferred), and an electric heater comparator. Electric heater comparator has been run independently for comparison with c-type reactors tests. Then c-type reactors been independently run (with electric heater comparator off). Data obtained shows that net energy has been constantly generated reconfirming any previsions tests.

  • High frequency sound waves have been detected, as a prove of the formation of air, fuel & water micro-packets, and the shack waves generated by micro-explosions and the burst of MMTFRs.

  • Using a Tektronix TDS 2012C oscilloscope the burst of MMTFRs plasma have been detected and recorded. MMTFRs plasma random collisions, and cluster formation also has been detected and recorded.

  • MTFRs plasma burst are ejecting mater and energy. This generates a pressure wave and an electromagnetic pulse (EMP).  EMP will farther heat the plasma of each individual MMTFR.

  • Ejected mater of MMTFRs burst is a plasma constituting primarily of electrons and protons embedded within the ejected magnetic field depositing it energy to nearby surrounding MTFRs.

  • Positive charged particles been detected, which is believe to be positive ions generated by decaying of Alpha particles into Helium4.

  • The temperature measured within the reactor exceeded with 11 times the Hydrogen adiabatic flame temperature, based upon the respective heat and material balance when water was added to air-fuel mixture.

  • Adding water to air-fuel mixture reactor temperature increase.

  • Replacing water with an inert gas as Argon or Helium, then no excess energy been generated. This came to a conclusion that Hydrogen from water is responsible for the unprecedented net energy produced.

  • Multiple tests using CO + AIR + WATER resulted in excess energy (Beta reactor Q=2.44). CO contain no Hydrogen, then again only Hydrogen from water plays a role in excess energy production via .

  • Tests using CO + AIR + (depleted Deuterium water and depleted Boron water) resulted in net energy production and this prove again that Hydrogen from water plays a role in net energy production.

  • In CO tests (no hydrogen available), replacing water with an inert gas as Argon or Helium, then no excess energy been generated. Again, this came to a conclusion that Hydrogen from water is responsible for the unprecedented net energy produced.

  • Water is recirculated back in the reactor for more Protium extraction.

  • Protium consumtion/1MJ=1.9756(^-12)Kg.

  • Tomoiu GAMMA-2 reactor has output 3,560,450 times more energy/Kg from PROTIUM than molecular Hydrogen.

  • Multiple experiments have proved that the unprecedented excess energy is generated only when water is added to air-fuel mixture.

  •

ADVANTAGES OVER CURRENT FUSION TECHNOLOGIES:

  • It works. Multiple reactors have been independently tested in 2 Universities and 5 independent laboratories when excess energy has been continuously generated at each time of testing. Most notable is Gamma-2 reactor type, which repeatedly and continuously has output 15.962 MJh as recovered heat, from an input of 4.407 MJh chemical energy stored in 0.031 Kg/hour molecular Hydrogen. Auxiliary equipment to run the reactor has consumed only 0.250 KWh (0.9 MJh).

  • TICF is a chemical-thermouclear process which use no electric energy or any external energy to form, heat, compress and confine simultanously multipe micro-plasmas.

  • TICF reactors has proved the ability to output thermal, and electric energy by direct energy conversion caused by the decaying of Alpha particles into Hlium4.

  • The technology is fully developed and ready for practical applications.

  • Runs on molecular Hydrogen as initiator of micro-chemical reactions and micro-plasmas, and water as a main fuel from which Protium is extracted. No radioactive fuels are used.

  • Zero harmful radiation or emission. Zero risk for a runaway reaction.

  • Small enough to fit under the hood of a car (actual reactors) or scalable for a power plant application. Multiple applications based on high performance, versatility and size of the reactors.

  • Cost effective.

  • In 65 years, quest to develop a practical nuclear fusion system, has proved the inability of worldwide scientists and researchers to produce a practical nuclear fusion system.

  • TICF technology is the only proved solution to harness nuclear fusin energy.

A natural gas condensing boiler have an efficiency of 90%.

Tomoiu MMNFR efficiency for natural gas is 196.3 %.

A difference of 106.3% on efficiency will save to US, $246.616 billion/year,

In 10 years will be $ 2.466 trillion on saving.

The annual saving by converting to TICF technology in US alone is 246.616 billion/year is a substantial savings on natural gas consumption only on US. Worldwide is in trillions.

Tomoiu Gamma-2 reactor has proved an output of thermal energy 3.56 times more than energy contained in the amount of hydrogen input. Only byproduct is water which is recirculated to extract more Protium by internal process of the reactor.

(US-EIA) is the information on efficiency of natural gas boilers and the annual saving by converting to TICF technology, a 246.616 billion/year is a substantial savings on natural gas consumption only on US. Worldwide is in trillions.

The efficiency of TICF technology will be improved to 500% (4.846% already reached by enthalpy calculated at reactor temperature), and that will increase the saving on natural gas consumption.

JET (Joint European Torus) world-record fusion experiment with a total input power of 700 MW, JET produced 16 MW of thermal energy for 100 milliseconds, resulting in a 684 MW (97.714%) loss.

TICF technology is the only proved practical solution to control a nuclear fusion reaction and generate in continous mode net energy with zero emission. Anything else just don’t works and that was proved by 65 years of continuous failure.

NUCLEAR ELECTRICITY in US

Tomoiu GAMMA-2 reactor has output 3,560,450 times more energy from PROTIUM than from the same amount of HYDEOGEN, and 1.488 times (506,158,187MJ/Kg/340,000,000 MJ/Kg) more energy from the same mass amount of Protium than Deuterium-Tritium fusion.

In terms of efficiency Gamma-2 reactor (repeatedly tested and continuous run) has outperformed the projected efficiency of ITER with 7.841 times which is expected to run for 1,000 seconds only.

EIA – US Energy Information Administration data:

  • Total US electricity consumption in 2022 was about 4.05 TRILLION – KWh (4.05 E12 KWh)

  • NUCLEAR electricity produced in 2022 was 772 E9 – KWh

  • US fission reactors produce 2,000 metric tons/year of radioactive waste (spent nuclear fuel), with half-life radioactive decay greater than 24,000 years. Spent fuel need to be stored for many years under the water and continuously cooled, at fission power plant, then packed in durable containers and deposited in underground stable geological formation

  • TICF reactors output no radiation, and are safe sense use no radioactive fuels or risks of runaway reaction. With an unprecedented efficiency of 356% (with optimization to 500%) the technology will successfully address to climate change.

  • The TICF technology can retrofit all the existing U 235 fission reactor and generates all the US electricity/year at a fraction of the cost/KWh, with zero emission.

ABOUT THE INVENTOR OF THE TICF TECHNOLOGY.

Tomoiu has arrive from Romania to US about 30 years ago holding:

  • 2 Romanian patents in ultrasound.

  • First class & merit government award in science & technology.

  • He moved to Canada were worked in “Uzinage LeBro” Montreal as chief designer under a Canadian government grant for 3 years.

In US:

  • In “Tomoiu Combustion Partnership” at Stratford Ct. have design-built and test a thermo-reactor and a steam rotary engine mounted in a Ford Aerostar.

  • As chief scientist at H2 energy Solutions has introduce for the first time “acoustic energy as an addition to thermal energy” to reforms hydrocarbons & water into hydrogen rich gas.

  • In “General Ultrasonic Corporation” as Chief Scientist has developed reformation process base on “high energy ultrasound”. Also have developed an advanced “ultrasound-iron-water reforming process for Hydrogen and Wustite (Fe2+0 ) production.

  • 11 US patents granted.

  • At the beginning of 2012 Mr. Tomoiu start research in nuclear fusion, looking for a practical solution. On April 11/2013 Alpha reactor have successfully output net energy at Baron Consulting environmental Lab. tested by Harry Agahegien PHD, Director. In 2014 Alpha reactor has output net energy in “Combustion Science & Engineering” Columbia MD. In total 10 reactors (9 of them in 2 Universities) has been independently tested and all have output continuously and repeatedly excess energy. From April 2013 test, the technology has been continuously improved reaching on output of 356% by Gamma-2 reactor. Over 2,000 pg. certified by the testers including: reports, test data & PowerPoint presentation proves that TICF technology is real and is working. There is no any radioactive radiations or harmful emission, and the fuel is molecular Hydrogen as an initiator of MMNFR (MMT). The US and word need this technology to address to global warming.

  • We have identified and are in the process of acquiring the essential personnel required to start up this venture. As we expand into future phases, we will have to bring on additional staff in all departments. It is our intent to incentivize the staff with a profit-sharing plan in order to align all interests. We are planning to start our first project in Connecticut because that is where our key personnel are currently located and it will make it easier to bring together the resources and vendors because this is also the location of our predecessor company.

  • TAFE will put in practice TICF technology.

  • This technology has evolved from Alpha prototype in 2013 developed by Constantin Tomoiu.

  • This technology has been successfully independently tested in 2 Universities (9 of my reactors) and 5 Independent laboratories. Over 2,000 pages of certified documents (test data collected, reports and PowerPoint presentation) prove that at any time of testing the Tomoiu reactors have output continuously for 8 hours at the time of testing considerable net energy as much as 3.56 times over the input (2.56-time excess energy). TAFE Corp, was incorporated on 17 October, 2023 and is in good standing.

            12.Implementation Plan

  • We anticipate taking this business from current status to operations in six months from being financed. We must raise the capital needed and we hope to do this in the next 3 months. We have to secure (acquire or lease a site) which will also take 3- 6 months. We have identified several sites in Connecticut that have buildings already existing on them that would be suitable for our needs and within our price range. We plan on taking an option contingent upon permitting for the selected site. Once we are funded, we will begin to purchase equipment, anticipated to begin in month three. We will begin the permitting process with the first tranche of funds as we intend to have conditional approval in advance of site acquisition. We will have to update the facility. This will take another three months after acquisition just to prepare for phase one of the project. The build out for phase two and three will happen during phase two. It will take another three months to assemble the equipment once it is received and then we will test operate it for one to two weeks before selling.

BRIEF HYSTORY OF QUEST FOR NUCLEAR FUSION ENERGY GENERATION IN US = 63 years of CONTINUOUS FAILURE.

At MIT in the late 1960 magnetic-confinement fusion research was carried out on small-scale “table-top” experiments at the Research Laboratory for Electronics at the Francis Bitter Magnet Laboratory. MIT’s ALCATOR-A (high-field torus) reactor first operated in 1972 followed by Alcator B, C and Alcator C-MOD powered by 32 MW DC motor-generator.  In August 10, 2015 MIT stated that its Mini Fusion reactor” (MFR) will power the world in 10 years. MIT’s MFR was operated from 1991 to 2016 and has failed to power the world. Currently MIT’s SPARK nuclear fusion reactor is based on “high temperature superconducting magnets” HTSM. There are 18 similar of D-shaped magnets consisted of 16 layers, of high temperature superconducting tape HTS (yttrium-barium-copper oxide). Each weight 10 tons and including 165 miles of HTS tape. The 18 magnets totalizing 180 tone and 2,970 miles of HTS tape. HTSM are operating at – 196  C degrees (77K). SPARC will utilize “ion cyclotron range-frequencies (ICRF) to heat the plasma which will deliver a maximum of  25 MW. Target is a minimum gain, Q>2 of fusion power  >50 MW (thermal energy) for 10 second’s pulse. With ICRF conversion efficiency of 40 % -55 % to heat the plasma will require an average of 50 MW of electricity. The information of total electric energy requires to operate SPARC, is made unavailable. SPARC will generate no, excess energy or just breakeven. Instead, SPARC will be an energy consumer. SPARC, a tokamak will never become a practical energy system. MIT’s climes that SPARC coming on line in 2025 as the first world’s net energy-production fusion machine. SPARC will produce zero net energy, as Q = energy output/total energy input.   MIT in 63 years have proved that “they are lacking the ability” to succeed in the most difficult scientific and technological undertaken.

Not directly related: MIT- QUAISE ENERGY. Technology developed by MIT, to use a gyrotron for drilling 20Km deep. I consider this unachievable. I making this statement because I’m also an expert in deep oil drilling. I been directly involved and have responsibility in oil wells drilling up to 6 Km depth in Romania.

JET (Joint European Torus) - a joint European project besed on UK began operation in 1983. In 1997 JET set a record of Deuteriu-Tritium fusion with on output of 24 MW for 3.2 seconds. The total input at the peak was grater than 1,000 MW resulting in 976 MW loss (Q=0.004). JET is 40 years effort leveraging 350 scientists and 40 laboratories. In 2023 at the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Associatin) conferance in London a announcement of closure of JET was made. JET decommissioning expected to last until 2040. Do the radioactive hazard JET needs to be desansamble roboticaly.

JET in 40 yeasrs of operations has achived NOTHING.

Contrary to JET the Inventor and Scientist Constantin Tomoiu single handedly only in 16 monthhas has design, build and independently tested a 15 Kg reactor that continously output clean net energy through a unoque chemichal-thermonuclear process called TICF (Tomoiu Internal Confinament Fusion).

At DOE’s Princeton Plasma Physic Laboratory (PPPL) experiments with Tokamak Test Fusion Reactor (TFTR) start on 1982. The TFTR was shut down on 1997. National Spherical Torus Experiment (NSTX) is based on spherical tokamak concept. It was constructed by PPPL, in collaboration with the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Columbia University, and University of Washington at Seattle. It enters in service in 1999. In 2012 was shut down as part of upgrade and became NSTX-U. After 4 years upgrade and $ 94 million, at a brief plasma test, NSTX-U was damaged beyond reasonable cost repair (I suspect that was caused by “a runaway electron avalanche”). Currently PPPL have switch to Stellarator a more complex fusion reactor.

Most notable stellarator is Wendelstein 7-X (W7-X) at Max Planck Institute of Plasma Physics in Germany completed in 2015. W7-X is the effort of UE, US & Japan leveraging 24 laboratories. W7-X’s superconducting magnets create a magnetic field of 3 TESLA only. On 15 February 2023 Wendelstein 7-X did set a world record for a Stellarator with an energy turnover of 1.3 GJ (361 KWh) during a plasma discharge that last 480 seconds. The energy turnover result from the coupled heating power (ion heating, neutral particles injection and electron microwave heating) multiplied by the duration of discharge. With 2.7 MW (9.72 GJ) input to heat the plasma this result in 8.2 GJ (86.63%) loss. The total energy input in the stellarator is not made available. Stellarator was invented by scientist Liman Spitzer at Princeton University in 1951. Stellarator is an extreme complex engineering machine. In 72 years of research and development, Stellarator have not achieved a plasma temperature needed for D-T fusion. With the cost of 1.1 billion Wendelstein 7-X will generate zero net energy.

DOE’s NFI (National Ignition Facility) a 3.5 billion (Inertial confinement fusion). On December 05/2022 it has reported a breakthrough in nuclear fusion, with an input of 2.05 MJ and an output of 3.15 MJ resulting in 1.10 MJ net energy. A capsule (hohlroum) containing 2-millimeter diameter pellet of Deuterium-Tritium fuel, in a vacuum chamber cooled at 18 kelvin degree (- 255 C ). NIF precisely focuses 192 powerful laser beams into a target abou the size of a pencil eraser in few billionths of a second, delivering more than 2 MJ ultraviolet light and 500 TW (tillion watss) of peak power causing to heat the surface of the hohlroum which explodes away from the surface. The rest of the pellet is driven inward on all sides into a small volume of extremely high density. The surface explosion creates a shock wave inward. When a temperature and density is high enough, fusion reaction occurs. With total energy input greater than 400 MJ (111 KWh) and a brief output (20 billon of a second) of 3.15 MJ (0.875 KWh) , NIF experiment was meaningless for practical energy production. A large amount of energy (time and money) is required to prepare the experiment and manufacture each target for an experiment with 20 billion of a second duration. NIF experiment has resulted in 99.2% energy loss. This is not a breakthrough. NIF is an energy consumer, not an energy producer.

At Sandia National Laboratories, experiments start in 2013 on Mag-LIF (magnetized linear inertial fusion) with Z-machine. Mag-LIF involves 100 nanoseconds single pulse of 20 MA (20 million amperes) current to create an intense Z-pinch magnetic field that inward crashes a fuel-filled (D-T) cylindrical metal linear beryllium tube (a hohlroum) through which the electric pulse runs. A 350 TW (tera wats) X RAY is generated and a powerfull shok waves that propagate to the building and suraunding simmilar to an erth quik. Just before the cylinder implodes, a laser is used to preheat the fuel that is held within the cylinder and contained by a magnetic field. In October 2020 a D-D experiment have reached a temperature of 3.1 KeV (35.97 million K). That is well bellow of D-D ignition temperature. Two-dimensional simulations suggested that at current exceeding 65 MA, the high gain required for fusion energy could be achieved. Mag-LIF after 100 nanoseconds (100 billion of a second) fusion pulse, then need a new manufactured fueled hohlroum, and preparation for a new pulse each time.  An (65 MA) massive energy input, the mixing contaminants on the fuel (from laser preheating), plasma instabilities, no solution to shield high energy neutrons generated by D-T fusion a masive shock waves and X ray emission, as the luck of fuel-Tritium, made Sandia’s Mag-LIF unsuitable for clean and efficient power generation.

Lockheed Martin in October 2014 announced that its Compact Fusion reactor (CFR) will be small enough to fit on the back of a truck and will become commercial in 5 years. As an updated technical report shows that Lockheed’s fusion “mini” reactor is about 100 times larger than original plan. While the target weight of 20 tons has been increased to a massive 2,000 tons. The CFR are using magnetic mirrors and superconducting magnets cooled to a temperature close to absolute zero to confine the plasma.  CFR proves not to be a future practical source of energy.

NASA Glean Research Center. I did propose to NASA a free license of Tomoiu TICF technology for space exploration in exchange to test and evaluate one of my reactors. NASA is experimenting with LCF (lattice confined fusion). NASA’s LCF is based on >2.9 MeV Gamma radiation of vials containing erbium-deuteride. A dynamitron electron-beam accelerator generates an electron beam to hits a tantalum target and produce gamma rays, irradiating erbium-deuteride. Gamma ray is a highly penetrating radiation, and is a hazard for human body. This requires a minimum 2.5 cm thickness Led to block the radiation. NASA’s LCF is meaningless to become an efficient source of clean energy production. NASA Glenn Research Center has refused to answer.

The list of nuclear fusion startup companies is large (ITER, NIF, General Fusion, TAE Technologies, Helion Energy, First Light Fusion, Tokamak Energy, Avalanche Energy, Zap Energy, etc.). The success is near zero and will continue to be for decades to come. All of those are using techniques as: Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF), Magnetic Confinement Fusion (MCF), Magnetized Target Fusion (MTF), Latice Confinement Fusion (LCF), Inertial-electrostatic Confinement Fusion (IECF), Z-Pinch Fusion, Magnetized Linear Inertial Confinement Fusion (at Sandia). All of those accounts INSURMONTABLE engineering obstacle that make impossible for anyone of them to become a practical system for clean and efficient power generation. They always will be a great energy consumer. They all makes OUTLANDISH promises, and then suffer a humiliating failure.

THE FUEL: Deuterium-Tritium fusion.

  • Deuterium is extracted from seawater. Seawater on average contains 1 of every 5,000 hydrogen atoms in the form of deuterium.

  • World Tritium reserve is only 20 Kg. Tritium annually production by CANDU fission reactors is 2.5 Kg/year. A fusion reactor will consume 55.8 Kg of tritium/gigawatt-year. Breeding tritium by bombarding Lithium-6 with neutrons from plasma fusion is unproved process. COLEX, the only process to enriched Lithium-6, do the environmental contamination in 1963 has been banned in US and also is banned around the world. After all, just a small amount of D-T fuel is burned in the reaction, then need to be separated, placed on ice pellet and reinjected into plasma. This process needs to be repeated again and again.

“All this Enterprises working on nuclear fusion, aka VOODOO FUSION, NUCLEAR FUSION ILLUSION, NUCLEAR con FUSION etc. they will never put electricity onto the grid, all of them take plenty electricity from the grid. The voracious consumption of electricity is an inescapable future to the world’s BIGGEST TECHNOLOGY SCAM”. (true statements posted by others)

Tomoiu Internal Confinement Fusion (TICF), is the only proved technology to generate limit less clean energy through a chemical-thermonuclear fusion process, to sustain this planet and combat global warming. There isn’t any other nuclear fusion concept to this day, which can evolve into a practical machine to generate clean net energy.

Here are the 2 options:

1 - At current rate of extraction, hydrocarbons will last 53.3 years. We can continue using hydrocarbons as a main source of energy for the next 53.3 years and ravaged this planet, then left without any sustainable source of energy, and in meantime waiting in vain for a FIASCO nuclear fusion enterprise to save this planet.

2 - Adapt TICF technology which are using molecular Hydrogen to initiate micro-chemical reactions, and to form micro-plasmas, and Protium from water as main fuel. TICF reactors convert mass to energy with high efficiency and emit no harmful radiation or emission. TICF reactors are zero risks for a runaway reaction. TICF technology has been fully proved and are ready for immediate applications as: power generation, heating, transportation, hydrogen generation, incineration, TICF thermo-nuclear propulsion.

Hydrocarbons decomposed into carbon and hydrogen open a new efficient and clean avenue for the use of hydrocarbons. Hydrogen fuel will supply a highly efficient TICF device resulting in near double efficiency.
